You’ve cleared the motivation hurdle and you’re on your way to reaching your fitness goal. But as your body changes, keeping up with your changing waistline can be expensive. Here are three reasons why thrifting in-between sizes can be beneficial to keeping you on track:

It’s fun to treat yo’self

When it comes to starting new habits, we all know getting motivated is easy at the beginning of the year, but staying motivated throughout the year is tough. If you’re someone who needs milestone treats to get to your goal, find a cute little something in your new size to celebrate where you are and to remind you of where you are going.

Don’t break the bank

If you have disposable income, you probably want to keep it that way. Replacing everything in your wardrobe at full price can really drain your wallet. Stay current and cute while in your transitional sizes by replacing a few staples and a few statement pieces with thrifted ones for a fraction of the retail cost!

Try out a new look

You’re headed in a new direction. This might be a great time to test run some new looks while you’re at it. Build a Pinterest board or tear some sheets from a magazine or two and you’ll have some killer inspirational material to guide you in your quest for a new brand you. If you don’t like it, you can always donate it back. Then delete the selfies and pretend like your Richie Tenenbaum/ 90’s ska/ gutter punk/ prep- inspired look never happened.

Happy hunting![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
